When Fantasy Meets Reality

Today, I was working on the house getting it ready for showing to potential roomies and I was covered in sweat when I heard a knock at the door.  Wouldn't you know it.  Two Mormon missionaries.  I've lived in this house for a long time and I can't remember the last time they came by.  Of course it totally makes sense for them to do so two days after I watch Latter Days and make a big post about my infatuation with Aaron.  And wouldn't you know it.  One of them was cute as can be.  So he started asking me my thoughts about why we're all here on earth and I said, "Hey, I've got a great answer for you about that, but before we get started, I think you both should know I'm gay so our little chat probably isn't going to work out too well.  I actually believe in a God who doesn't discriminate."

They were all class all the way.  Didn't even look phased.  They just thanked me and asked me if I knew any other victi... I mean people who had recently lost someone or was suffering and could be easily taken advantage of to try to convert while they are weak.  Well, that's not what they said, but it's what they meant.

And yes, after they left, I briefly entertained a fantasy about the cute one sneaking back to knock on my door later after his buddy and he parted company.  C'mon.  Cut me some slack.  It's too coincidental!
