I just finished watching
Obama's speech to the school children of America. I'm feeling so... strange. Like I've been politically indoctrinated somehow into some liberal left wing belief system. The part where he told the students to resist pressure from peers who are asking them to do things they know are wrong definitely made me want to vote for healthcare insurance reform. As soon as he added the part about not giving up after failing, I wanted to add the public option. When he told the kids to find an adult they respect and ask that adult to help keep them on track, I felt like immediately hugging a tree, becoming a vegetarian, and growing a beard.
Make it stop!
