Spring Break

I found out today that next week is spring break meaning no school. Who'da thunk that at 38, I'd be looking forward to enjoying spring break? The teacher said he's not going to give us any assignments until we return. Yeeee haaaaa. That means one less vector of stress for a week.

Oh, and I forgot to mention how productive of a weekend I had last weekend. Let's see. I installed a reverse-osmosis water system in the kitchen. I drained, cleaned, and re-filled the hot-tub, pulled a shitload of the biggest weeds I've ever seen in my life, brushed Kuma, cleaned house, installed a hose reel, a new sprinkler timer, and installed a set of sconces on the wall above the couch complete with a dimmer switch. I'm attaching a crappy picture of the sconces but you'll get the idea. The picture was a birthday gift from my mom. The artist is related to our family in Holland and he's pretty famous. I will be posting more info about that in a future post.
